Catherine Williams Originally from Poughkeepsie, New York, Catherine's interest in cooking began while in high school when she innocently volunteered to help at a food festival. After High School, she attended The Culinary Institute of America where she met Author Clark, Grandale's future Executive Chef. After graduating in 2001, she came to northern Virginia to pursue her career and has been with Grandale since its beginnings. Besides creating extraordinary desserts for Grandale, Catherine also serves as private chef to a local family. Catherine admits, "I never intended to specialize in desserts but, everywhere I go I somehow end up baking them along side of cooking." Patrons of Grandale Farm Restaurant are glad she does!
