Chris Walker
Dining Room Manager, Grandale Farm Restaurant

At Grandale Farm we take pride in growing much of the produce we use in our restaurant, so it should be no surprise that our dining room manager, Chris Walker, is also locally grown. Raised on the farm adjacent to Grandale Farm, Chris was an avid equestrian before leaving home to attend college at the University of Virginia. While in school he worked in local restaurants and developed a love of fine dining.

After college Chris took every available opportunity to travel and discover took a job as assistant wine maker at Breaux Vineyards where he developed an appreciation for everything it takes to turn grapes into fine wine. In order to help pay for his upcoming nuptials, Chris joined our serving staff in November of 2005, he and Chef Author quickly hit it off and in March of 2006 Chris joined our team full time as the dining room manager.
